The Park has a total of 97 plots generously spaced over 6 acres and has been developed to accommodate all sizes of static caravan holiday homes and lodges. The Park is open from early March to the first weekend in November each year enabling customers to enjoy the Park throughout the Spring, Summer and Autumn months.
All caravan holiday homes are sited on their own hard standing bases with paved or concrete surround. Each plot benefits from private parking and ample outside space laid out for customers to accommodate outdoor seating, decking and storage.
All plots are supplied with mains services for water, sewerage and electricity (32 amp single phase 240 volt supply). Electricity is metered to each individual plot so customers only pay for what they have used during the season. Propane gas cylinders are available to be purchased on site. Refuse points are situated around the Park to enable customers to dispose of their household waste and recycling. The Park also has an on site laundrette.
The Park is for the private use of the owners together with their close families and friends. We do not permit owners to sub-let let their caravan holiday homes enabling all owners on the Park to know who their neighbours are on site thereby maintaining both security and a sense of community on the Park.
Our annual site license fee for a standard static caravan plot is currently £1,200 including VAT payable at the start of each season. The site license fee is fully inclusive of water, drainage and rates. Electricity is metered to each individual plot and billed in October each year. Gas is subject to customers’ usage and purchased in 47kg cylinders from the Park as required. All caravan holiday homes on the Park must also be insured, the cost of which is subject to the age, make and model of caravan and further details can be provided upon request.
